5 tips to help you develop Patience

IMPATIENT OR I'M PATIENT

"Have Patience ,God isn't finished yet" Philippians 1:6

Patience is the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as preserverance, in the face of delay , tolerance of provocation without responding in anger.

1. ACCEPT that you have less patience . Once you are aware of it you will be able to work whenever you are in the most vulnerable situations.

2. UNDERSTAND and talk to yourself . there is none better than yourself who can do that . Only you know when you feel angry or what things make you impatient . Give yourself some time to know that.

3. STAY CALM when you are in such a situation , where you are most likely to lose patience . Keep quiet and take a deep breath and keep your mind calm and speak softly . Go to a quieter place and then come back and solve it.

4. MEDITATE for some time on a daily basis preferably morning hours in order to keep the mind composed for the challenges you are going to face for  the rest of the day.

5. PRACTICE ART activities like mandala or origami which may  help you practice patience and stay cool resulting in a beautiful art piece as well . Mandala is a sanskrit word for magic circle which creates a space for self and soul as an aid to meditation and helps improve your focus . You can see some amazing videos here . Origami is the art of paper folding and creating beautiful objects . It will teach you that mistakes can be undone and continous work can bring changes. You can learn making some   here
