5 TO DO LISTS FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

HEALTH IS WEALTH

 I have been making to-do list daily now for quite some  time because i had so much going on with my life that i felt like i am missing out on giving time to myself . While i was going through my diary i found some common factors that i would love to share with you people. Hoping it helps you as it had helped me always through all my ups and downs. the art of making  to do lists on a daily basis is a work in progress that i too am still working on but some points to keep in mind for life. i summarized it under very basic  5 categories  


1. PHYSICAL HEALTH

  • Rise  and go to bed early                                                                 
  • Work on positive energy and a strong mind
  • Drinking water at regular intervals is as important as breathing
  • Eat healthy and only when you are hungry 
  • Dont exhaust  yourself and enjoy whatever you do
  • Walk and talk on your phone , its  work's like an exercise
  • Practice your hobbies , a refreshment to the mind

2. MENTAL HEALTH 

  • Have courage and be kind 
  • Do an ARK daily - act of random kindness
  • Dont overthink . whatever you feel is ok, share and talk to your loved ones whatever you feel. Thats gonna feel light
  • Accept yourself and everyone as they are 
  • Study to learn something new 
  • Be humble and have gratitude 
  • Approach challenges with love and never give up attitude 
  • Believe in yourself 
  • Reading good books and listening to good music is as good as a therapy session
  • indulge yourself in your favourite activities

3. SPIRITUAL HEALTH 

  • Be a true believer in god 
  • Have a jesus heart 
  • Pray daily everytime for everyone 
  • Listen more  and take notes on life lessons 
  • Memorize scripture or even a verse 
  • Instead of complaining live a faith filled life 
  • Meditate and be still 
  • Godly teachings should be a guiding light  in your path

4.  HYGIENE HEALTH 

  • Brush teeth twice a day 
  • Brush your hair 
  • Keep your body and hair clean
  • Accept your bodily flaws , be imperfectly perfect 
  • Wash your face , moisturize skin , and protect yourself from sunlight 
  • If you are at home get out of your pjs during the day to give it a jumpstart
  • Keep your surroundings clean and hygienic 

5. ORGANISATION HEALTH

  • Time management is the key 
  • Set routines and be productive in your work 
  • Its ok to make mistakes 
  • Keep yourselves and your team organised 
  • Dont try to do everything at once . doing bit by bit is the best way .  
  • Trust your team and divide work and if you are working alone divide time and make to do list .
