5 ways to stop judging



The meaning of judging is to form an opinion or conclusion about something or someone. The half of  population today are victim of this chronic disorder of judging ourselves on the basis of how we look , what we do , and many other aspects which really doesn't matter to the other half of the population who have taken up the job to judge others and they are quite good at that you know why because that's what they enjoy so let them do it.  They are doing what they like so lets take some steps to stop doing what we don't like.

MY GUIDE TO STOP JUDGING



  1. ACCEPT DIFFERENCES -  Look around you to find so much diversity even in a smallest place like our home , you are different from your parents ,the siblings are never same , even the flowers , the leaves,  the buildings etc. , from everyone to everything  is different then why not live according to what we are made of by never comparing and seeing yourself as a unique person.
  2. NEVER BULK UP - Stop collecting your flaws and and adding them in the back of your head
    such that when someone points out those flaws you start overthinking and  slowly it becomes the bitter truth for you . If you don't have a problem nobody will ever have .
  3. EMBRACE THE UPS AND DOWNS - Its commonly said life is a roller caster ride , the curves. the highs and lows we have certainly enjoyed that ride but when it comes to life a single failure gives unlimited reasons to judge yourself as a non worthy person . Change these reasons into steps to rise above the failure . Like  the waves Of the ocean that  keep rising and falling but never stop.
  4. REALITY AND VIRTUALITY - Its a common feeling of being rejected or not accepted in the virtual era where likes and comments decide whether you are good or not . The trolling and the roast culture spreading all over internet is the major reason for judging ourselves and others . Stop listening to this money making virtuality where someone is  hitting at your self confidence . Believe in what you are doing.Accept your mistakes and move on .
  5. SATISFACTION-  Defined as the fulfillment of one's wishes. whatever you do small or big keep a check if it satisfies your inner self or not. Do something for others every now and then which will give you selfless satisfaction boosting your heart , mind and soul. If you are satisfied you will never judge .
